After the equipment is running normally, arrange technical personnel to track its use; Regularly follow up with customers, register the operation status of equipment, provide feedback on abnormal situations, and follow up to resolve them; After receiving the customer's repair notice, coordinate and solve it in the shortest possible time, and if necessary, send a dedicated person to the site.
