Procurement Supervisor
Job Responsibilities:
1. Understand the company's products, develop a sourcing strategy for materials, including supplier development, sourcing, admission, and assessment, and select suitable suppliers;
2. Based on sourcing strategies, develop and execute procurement plans and cost control strategies, conduct business negotiations, and reasonably control procurement costs;
3. Establish a supplier rating system to measure supplier performance, including quality price ratio, supply capacity, service timeliness, etc. Regularly inspect suppliers and optimize the supply chain;
4. Maintain suppliers, maintain good cooperative relationships, allocate and select suitable supply resources;
5. Carry out daily procurement supervision activities around order requirements, including developing procurement plans, reviewing procurement requirements, determining appropriate procurement methods, understanding procurement progress, and ensuring production;
6. Assess and identify potential risks, proactively eliminate supply chain risks from the source, resolve anomalies that arise during the procurement process, and conduct regular reviews;
7. Develop and implement a procurement information management system, including establishing a supplier database, archiving correspondence and contracts;
8. Collaborate with PMC and warehouse to timely consume inventory materials.
Qualification:
1. Engineering background, able to understand CAD drawings;
2. Proficient in procurement workflow and supplier management, with rich experience in price negotiation, order management, accounting processing, and supplier development;
3. Honesty and integrity, serious work, strong sense of responsibility, and strong self drive;
4. Having excellent work plans and execution abilities, as well as good data capture skills;
5. Proficient in office software such as WORD and EXCEL, able to perform ERP operations;
6. Excellent communication and expression skills, negotiation skills, market sensitivity, and cost awareness, with strong professional ethics and conduct;
7. Good resource coordination and team management skills;
8. Hardworking and able to accept short-term business trips;
9. Priority will be given to those with a background in the mechanical and non-standard automation industry;
10. Familiarity with machining, sheet metal processes, and standard component procurement is preferred.
